3BI-Intel® is a set of ad-hoc analytical techniques and standardized methodologies that
can be used on any items of the marketing mix to generate information, insights and
ultimately knowledge. 3BI-Intel® includes:
- Monitoring: Periodical and comparable measurement of the different variables that
best describe the marketing mix element to monitor. This technique can be applied to the
products, consumers, competitors, markets, distribution channels but also to your
sales force. The reporting tool developed by 3BI gives you unlimited opportunities to
have innovative representations of the measured variables.
- Trend quest: Deep and efficient mining of the different variables related to any
element of the marketing mix in order to detect the trends, to identify the trend changes,
to rank the trends for business opportunities and threats detection.
- Optimization: Method enabling the improvement of different elements of the
marketing mix through the correlation and comparison of selected variables with other
variables.
- New mix elements evaluation: Measurement of the likelihood of success / failure of
a new marketing mix element based on predictive models.
